I am very happy to extend a personal invitation to all WTCA members to attend our 2008 General Assembly in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, November 2008.

For all of us, the General Assembly is special, not only because of the wonderful setting, but because of the very interesting program in store for you. We have done our best to present you with stimulating topics by distinguished international speakers and a variety of workshops and other sessions to help you and other World Trade Center operators do your jobs better. There is also an extensive program for delegates and ample opportunity to enjoy the sights of Dubai.
